Hello! I'm alicenpai, based in Canada! I love making merch, and I've been doing so since 2014. Thanks very much for visiting my shop and your continued support! Please take care of yourselves and each other!

Shipping

Orders are shipped out every 2-3 weeks, from Ontario, Canada. Please allow for other interruptions such as illness or weather conditions.

Canada: 2-7 days, depending on your location.
USA: 5 days - 3 weeks.
International (not including the EU/UK): 3-4 weeks. (allow for 2 additional weeks for pandemic related delays.)

If you live in a high-risk or remote area, please refer to the Canada Post list of countries affected by mail interruptions. If you are concerned, I recommend you add tracking to your order. If your country is on this list, I will refund and email you.

All packages will have tracking by default, except orders with ONLY die-cut stickers, which are sent via snail mail. If you would like tracking with your order of die-cut stickers, please upgrade your shipping option.

Return/Refund Policy

Keep in mind I am one person operating this entire store, and not by a large company. I do not take refunds or returns. Please be 100% sure you want the items before you pay for the order. Please do not abuse my trust.

In extenuating circumstances, lost/damaged packages will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, with untracked mail, once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. However, I can still try to look into the issue further. For lost packages, I will likely be able to refund your order (not including shipping and Paypal fees).

If I did make a mistake on your order, or any other query, please don't hesitate to send me an email!

Preorder Policy

Preorders will vary in production time; please see each individual product page. They will be shipped out to the original address given. Orders with preorder items will be sent in one package, once preorder items are ready.

Please note that if your address changes during this period, You are responsible for contacting me to change your mailing address. I will not be responsible for catching up with customers, nor any mail sent to incorrect/redirecting addresses, nor will refunds be given due to negligence.
